How quickly can you get to my property?
Most residential pressure washing and gutter cleaning jobs are scheduled within the same week of your quote acceptance. Commercial contracts and air duct cleaning are typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks. Emergency commercial response is available 24/7 — call us directly.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage on every job. Certificates of insurance are available on request for commercial clients and HOAs.
Do you need me home during the job?
Not for most exterior services — we just need access to a working outdoor water spigot and your authorization to begin. We’ll do a walk-through with you (in person or by phone) before we start and again when we finish, so you’re confident in the results.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for pets, kids, and plants?
Every soft-wash and roof-cleaning solution we use is biodegradable and rinses down at concentrations safe for landscaping. We pre-wet plants before applying any treatments and rinse them again after. Bring pets indoors during the job and they can return as soon as we leave.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and ACH bank transfer for commercial contracts. Residential customers pay on completion; commercial accounts can set up Net-15 or Net-30 terms after the first job.
What does NADCA certification mean for air duct cleaning?
NADCA — the National Air Duct Cleaners Association — sets the industry standard (the ACR standard) for source-removal duct cleaning. Our technicians are trained and certified to those standards, which means we clean the entire HVAC system, not just register grilles, and we document the work for your records.
Do you offer recurring or maintenance contracts?
Yes — monthly, quarterly, and annual service contracts are available for both residential and commercial clients.
